Sheila is a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist and trained with the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute in Edinburgh. Sheila has experience in working with a range of issues including anxiety and depression, bereavement, anger management, workplace issues, personal stress/difficulties, abuse/trauma, relationship problems (including couple work), eating disorders and borderline personality disorder.

Sheila has worked on an ongoing basis for several years now with survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Sheila fully believes "it is possible to alter how we are in our lives to improve the quality of our experience of life".
