Sue trained with Persona Development and Training as a person-centred counsellor. She works with a number of organisations, including Angus Carers where she runs the counselling service and provides workshops. She also tutors on the Certificate in Counselling Skills course at the University of Aberdeen and has her own private practice as a counsellor and supervisor. Sue gained her degree in Psychology then went on to qualify as a counsellor in 2006. She has experience of working with a wide variety of issues. Sue believes that to feel good in mind and body, it is important that both these parts are nurtured and that people can develop to their best potential given the right environment. Counselling can help provide this environment and allow people to find their own solutions.
