Counselling for Young People

Counselling for Young People

Everyone worries. Life can feel like a confusing jigsaw. Talking about a problem can be like sorting out the pieces to build a picture that makes more sense.

Sometimes it’s difficult to talk to parents, friends or teachers about these worries. A counsellor is someone who will listen to you very carefully, who will not judge you, or tell you what to do. We hope the video below will give you some idea of what it is like to see a counsellor.

Rowan has specialist young people’s counsellors. Download our leaflet for more details.
The help that Rowan has given me has been absolutely incredible. I honestly don’t know where I would be without their help. I would totally recommend their services to anyone in need of them.
