MA(Hons), PG Dip in Counselling, MBACP(Accred), UKRCP Registered, Independent Counsellor and Certificate in Person Centred Supervision
Sue trained with Persona Development and Training as a person-centred counsellor and gained her accreditation in 2011. As well as Rowan Consultancy, she works with a number of other organisations, including Perth College UHI and the University of Aberdeen, where she tutors on the Certificate in Counselling Skills course. She has her own private practice as a counsellor and supervisor.
Sue gained her degree in Psychology then went on to qualify as a counsellor in 2006. She has experience of working with a wide variety of issues, including bereavement, relationship issues, abuse and depression. Sue believes that to feel good in mind and body, it is important that both these parts are nurtured, and that people can develop to their best potential given the right environment. Counselling can help provide this environment and enable people to find their own solutions.
